Implementation Timeline:
Two weeks from receipt of signed Ts and Cs and completed DDI.
Prioritisation
Demand for the service is exceptionally high, particularly in light of recent SRA fines issued to firms for substandard CMRA practices. As such, Lexsure has implemented a prioritisation policy for onboarding new firms.
Please don’t take offence if other firms are prioritised ahead of yours. No discourtesy is intended. We’re simply aiming to be transparent about how we allocate onboarding slots.
Top Priority is Given To:

Existing Lexsure clients with an active account for over six months and a valid Direct Debit Instruction (DDI) in place

Firms that have attended at least three paid Lexsure webinars within the past 24 months

Firms that have either purchased the full suite of Lexsure compliance policies or completed a Regulation 21 Independent AML Audit through Lexsure within the past 12 months.
Medium Priority is Given To:

Firms that are new to Lexsure services

Firms that have not yet been subject to an AML audit by the SRA

Firms that have purchased individual Lexsure compliance policies (but not the full suite) within the past 12 months

Firms that have previously engaged Lexsure for a Regulation 21 independent audit, or have booked and paid for an upcoming audit

How quickly can my firm be onboarded with CDDmonitor?
The onboarding timeframe depends on your firm’s priority category.

Top Priority firms are currently being onboarded within two to three weeks.

Medium Priority firms typically experience a three to four week onboarding period.
Why can’t you take on my firm at the moment?
Currently, if your firm does not fall under the Top or Medium priority categories, we’re unable to confirm a specific onboarding date.
Please note that some firms mistakenly assume they are “new to Lexsure services” simply because they don’t have an active account. However, if your firm has used any Lexsure services in the past—even if not currently active—it is not classified as a new client.
Is there a minimum term contract?
No. Lexsure does not impose minimum term contracts. Firms are free to cancel our services at any time, without penalty or commitment.
